Since Avid was first launched, each nonlinear editing program has been developing its own software separately, sometimes complicating the workflow between the different programs. Right now the leading editing programs in the professional and home market are Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.  <\/p>\n<p>The new feature that <strong>Avid Media Composer<\/strong> has added, in conjunction with <strong>Adobe Premiere Pro<\/strong>, is the <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-www.avid.com\/-\/media\/avid\/files\/products-pdf\/mediacentral\/mediacentral-uxadobedsa4.pdf\"><strong>MediaCentral Panel<\/strong> <\/a>Panel, specifically focused on Adobe Premiere. With it we will be able to <strong>work with<\/strong> entire <strong>Avid<\/strong> <strong>sequences<\/strong> <strong>within Premiere Pro<\/strong>. This is a new feature that the two companies have been working on together and is a great advantage for the editing world.  <\/p>\n<p>With <strong>MediaCentral<\/strong> Adobe Premiere Pro users can benefit from the advantages of Avid&#8217;s <strong>media management system<\/strong>. They can access media either locally or in the cloud, search for media using the <strong>Avid browser<\/strong> including <strong>phonetic search<\/strong>, etc&#8230;in a flexible and collaborative environment provided by Avid. <\/p>\n<p>This is an<strong> internal &#8220;app&#8221;<\/strong> where users can do collaborative work, where they can access <strong>Avid content and tools<\/strong> without leaving the Adobe Premiere application. This greatly streamlines work for workflows such as journalism where speed and working with different people on the same platform is needed. <\/p>\n<p>Those who have worked with both platforms have found that not all <strong>Avid files and formats<\/strong> are <strong>compatible with Premiere<\/strong>. Now this is no longer a problem with <strong>MediaCentral<\/strong>, as it allows you to use those formats. For example, <strong>MXF OP1a or XML<\/strong> files can be converted to generate <strong>deliveries<\/strong> for <strong>multiple platforms<\/strong>, including web and social media.
