{"id":54202,"date":"2019-10-14T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-13T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/nikkor-z-58mm-f-0-95-the-fastest-lens-from-nikon\/"},"modified":"2025-05-03T16:45:53","modified_gmt":"2025-05-03T14:45:53","slug":"nikkor-z-58mm-f-0-95-the-fastest-lens-from-nikon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/en\/nikkor-z-58mm-f-0-95-the-fastest-lens-from-nikon\/","title":{"rendered":"NIKKOR Z 58mm f\/0.95 the fastest lens from Nikon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/NIKKOR-Z-85-S-NOCT-e1571046032862.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-21117\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/NIKKOR-Z-85-S-NOCT-e1571046032862.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"196\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nikon<\/strong> launches its new high quality lens, the <strong>Nikkor<\/strong> Z 58mm f\/0.95 S NOCT. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nikon.es\/es_ES\/product\/nikkor-z-lenses\/auto-focus-lenses\/fx\/single-focal-length\/nikkor-z-58mm-f-0-95-s-noct\"><strong>Nikkor Z 58mm f\/0.95 S NOCT<\/strong><\/a> and at the same time the fastest lens of the Japanese brand.<\/p>\n<p>It is the superior model to the previous model launched by Nikon, the Nikkor Z 58mm f\/1.2, but the new model can boast <strong>higher performance<\/strong>, <strong>quality<\/strong> and highlights the potential of Nikon&#8217;s <strong>Z mount.<\/strong> A flagship lens, the brand claims, with which users will be able to achieve &#8221; <strong>extreme sharpness<\/strong> that excels in the hands of a creator.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>prime<\/strong> lens boasts optimal performance for <strong>portraits<\/strong>, <strong>landscapes<\/strong> and even astrophotography. The fact that it has an ultra-wide-angle<strong> f0.95<\/strong> <strong>aperture<\/strong> makes it one of <strong>Nikon&#8217;<\/strong> s <strong>brightest<\/strong> lenses and opens up new low-light photography and video capabilities. <\/p>\n<p>The lens structure also aids its brightness and speed. The Nikkor Z 58MM S NOCT is part of the <strong>S-Line<\/strong> family, a set of high-end Nikon optics consisting of a large <strong>aspherical lens<\/strong> element and also features a <strong>very thin glass<\/strong> capable of providing extreme precision. The optical formula that makes up this lens consists of <strong>17 elements distributed in 10 groups<\/strong>, which provides great balance and sharpness.  <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>electromagnetic diaphragm<\/strong> is composed of <strong>11 blades<\/strong>, which, together with the large aperture, allows for a comprehensive control of the depth of field and results in an &#8220;exquisite bokeh effect&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The new model of the Z family also includes the <strong>ARNEO anti-reflective system<\/strong>, which eliminates flare and <strong>vertical incident light<\/strong> reaching the lens surface. Diagonal incident light is taken care of by the second <strong>anti-reflective system, Nano Crystal<\/strong>. The result of these two systems is ghost-free images.  <\/p>\n<p>Nikon has included an <strong>OLED-type panel<\/strong> on the outside of the lens to provide users with <strong>information<\/strong>on aperture, focal length and depth of field. It also includes a <strong>control ring<\/strong> from which different functions such as aperture and exposure compensation can be accessed. The <strong>Fn button<\/strong> is also <strong>assignable<\/strong> and accepts up to 17 functionalities.  <\/p>\n<p>We won&#8217;t have to wait long to enjoy the Nikkor Z 85mm f 0.95 S NOCT as it will be released at the <strong>end of October<\/strong>.
