Why do OTTs like Netflix require such high quality parameters, what are the technical features needed to sell content in America or Asia, how can I minimize post-production costs from the shooting stage without reducing the quality of the product, what sales value does HDR bring me, what is the cost overrun? All these questions and many more will be on your mind. And we can give you an answer. In response to this need, we have decided to prepare a new course:<\/strong> Workflow design course for producers.<\/a><\/p>\n

Workflow design course for producers<\/a><\/h4>\n

The objective of this course is to explain the fundamental technical concepts to elaborate the workflow of a production<\/strong> in order to optimize costs and maximize sales possibilities in the short and long term, paying attention to the maximization of technical quality but also to the budgetary balances that each production requires.<\/p>\n

The course is designed for the design of technical workflow for production department, <\/strong>first we will explain the technical terms that we must know about digital materials, after that we will talk about camera and shooting options, later about postproduction processes and finally about mastering and broadcasting by the different entities (cinema, broadcasting, OTTs, etc).<\/p>\n

We will talk about technical issues but always from a practical point of view for the production department and not simply engineering concepts, and we will give numerous examples of all types of productions (feature films, Netflix type TV series, TV shows, advertising, documentaries, etc).<\/p>\n

In this way, by understanding the “ingredients” separately and their relationship with each other, the attendees will be able to elaborate their own “recipes” for each particular production.<\/p>\n

The questions posed in the syllabus are some examples of issues that will be solved and exemplified during the course.<\/p>\n
