The new mirrorless camera with the highest quality sensor that the company had launched to date. It is a <strong>61-megapixel<\/strong> back-illuminated <strong>Full Frame CMOS Exmor R<\/strong> sensor with <strong>BIONZTM X<\/strong> image processor. With the APS-C crop, the resolution remains at 26.2 Megapixels.   <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/ony-Alpha-7R-IV-409x258-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20745 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/ony-Alpha-7R-IV-409x258-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Not only does it offer higher image quality, but it also features <strong>greater dynamic range<\/strong> and &#8220;maintains excellent focusing performance, high-speed continuous shooting and more,&#8221; according to the company. With a dynamic range of up to <strong>15 stops<\/strong> and remarkable <strong>noise reduction<\/strong>, it outperforms its predecessor model, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.709mediaroom.com\/sony-alpha-a7r-iii\/\">Sony A7R III<\/a>, and results in higher quality images. <\/p>\n<p>Intended as a still camera, the Sony Alpha 7R IV incorporates <strong>4K video<\/strong> recording <strong>at 3840X2160 pixels<\/strong>. The readout is complete without pixel binning in Super 35mm mode to guarantee 4K images with high detail. As with previous models, <strong>S-Log 2<\/strong> and <strong>S-Log 3<\/strong> log curves are also available on this new model and adds <strong>HLG<\/strong><strong>(Hybrid Log-Gamma<\/strong>) for <strong>HDR<\/strong> workflows.  <\/p>\n<p>It features new <strong>autofocus<\/strong> modes in both video and still photography. It has a total of <strong>567 autofocus points<\/strong> covering 74% of the frame. Focus tracking is now more reliable even in the most complicated situations with contrast and phase detection focal plane focus points. In Full Frame it is capable of automatic focus tracking for 7 seconds and 3 seconds in APS-C, including in <strong>multi-shot<\/strong> mode, which shoots up to <strong>10 frames per second<\/strong> in high resolution in JPEG or RAW format.   <\/p>\n<p>Related to this, Sony introduces the <strong>Eye AF<\/strong> function, capable of detecting the eyes in video and photo mode.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>5-axis stabilization system<\/strong>, already a trademark of the company, has been incorporated with even greater precision to obtain higher resolution and reduce image imperfections.<\/p>\n<p>As for the viewfinder, the company has opted for the <strong>5.76 million dot<\/strong> <strong>UXGA OLED Tru-finder<\/strong>, which offers more detail, brightness and realism to the images.<\/p>\n<p>There are many new features in the new model of the Sony Alpha series, in connectivity, audio recording, design and configuration of the camera body&#8230; but for the moment we will have to wait until August to see the first models.
