This is where we will choose a name for the first disk and the method by which the software will work, either through the Finder or remotely. <\/p>\n<p>If we choose the first option, it will be because what we want to synchronize are hard disks, USB devices, shared volumes, etc. If we choose the second one, remotely, we will be connecting computers in a network, for which <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Secure_Shell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSH<\/a> is required. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/1_REV.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7442\" alt=\"1_REV\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1_REV.jpg\" width=\"442\" height=\"190\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is the application interface. As you can see there are two external hard disks mounted: <strong>Drive 1<\/strong> and <strong>Drive 2.<\/strong> In this case, the disk selected as root is the one on the left, Drive 1, although it could also be the other way around.  <\/p>\n<p>In your case one of the two windows will appear empty, because you have not yet selected the two disks. To set the second one, go to the <strong>Synced Places<\/strong> menu <strong> &gt; Configure<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/DropSync_SyncedPlaces.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7449\" alt=\"DropSync_SyncedPlaces\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/DropSync_SyncedPlaces.jpg\" width=\"366\" height=\"101\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/2_WET.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7443\" alt=\"2_WET\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/2_WET.jpg\" width=\"428\" height=\"186\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the image above a new file has been added to Drive 1, named &#8220;Michael-headshot_WET-50&#215;50&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/3_WET.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7444\" alt=\"3_WET\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/3_WET.jpg\" width=\"442\" height=\"191\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>New files are unchecked.
