From the Avid forums and Twitter, editor <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/editorbelga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wim Van den Broeck<\/a> was in charge of informing us about these 25 new features of version 7: <\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Waveform redraw<\/strong> performance has been improved in this update.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1-Cached-Waveform-Redraw.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7647\" alt=\"1 Cached Waveform Redraw\" src=\"http:\/\/709mediaroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1-Cached-Waveform-Redraw.png\" width=\"336\" height=\"298\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2.
