After so much technical news about codecs, programs, cameras and machines, it is worth stopping for a moment to think about WHAT we use all these gadgets for.<\/p>\n

In this sense, the work Cinematographer Style has always been a reference in the world of images. As some of you already know CS is a book of interviews with more than 50 prestigious cinematographers (with names like Vitorio Storaro or Gordon Willis) in which they reflect on their craft, life and passions. <\/p>\n

In addition to the book you can also find a full-length documentary to put faces to many of these famous and “invisible” cinematographers.<\/p>\n

I take advantage of the appearance of the second volume of the saga (book Cinematographer Style Vol 2) to refer you to this fantastic document in either of its two versions: video or paper.<\/p>\n

The only thing that might be a little inconvenient is that the publication is only available in English, as far as I know there are no translations into Spanish (also be careful with the DVD, which is in NTSC Region 1).<\/p>\n
