The file transfer tool has announced its integration into Adobe Premiere Pro video editing software. With this MASV integration into Premiere Pro the transfer of large video files to clients will be faster.
Editors will have 3 submission options within the editing software. On the one hand, they will be able to send the complete project files. This option is designed for collaborative projects where several editors work together and it is easier to pick up the project from where it left off last time.
It also allows you to send files from the folder itself. Previously rendered files, raw files to send, etc… And finally we can send entire sequences within a project. MASV is also integrated in Media Encoder to facilitate and speed up the work. This avoids the double work of exporting and sending. Simply send the sequence to encoder with the desired codec and then send it directly to the client without having to wait for it to be exported.
For those who usually work with the MASV application, they will find no problem when using it, since they have preserved the same structure as that of the application. Practically all the options such as sending messages to the recipient, limiting the number of downloads or managing passwords, among others, are included.
They are still working on making the model integrated in Premiere Pro more similar to that of the application itself, but what they are keeping the same is the price of 0.25 dollars per Gb.
At the moment it is only integrated into Premiere Pro, but the company says that DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro users will soon be able to benefit from this integration as well.
