This tutorial shows step-by-step how to work from an ARRI Alexa with the DNxHD codec.
We can see how to configure the camera and the different options of this codec are explained. We also tell you what software, licenses and plugins (and where to find them) are needed to make everything work after capture.
Finally, we show how to perform the ingest within Avid Media Composer or Symphony; and the advantages of working with DNxHD if we are going to edit in Avid, since it is not necessary to convert the files or perform an import, we can simply open them through AMA (Avid Media Access).
