ARRI withdraws its latest update

IMPORTANT!!!

ARRI announced yesterday that its latest software update for its entire line of Alexa cameras, called Software Update Packet 10.0, has been temporarily removed from its website.

Apparently, SUP 10.0 generated a rather serious recording error that sometimes distorted the captured images. In addition, this bug was not displayed in the viewfinder or in the REC OUT and MON OUT images.

From the company they recommend all Alexa users to go back to SUP 9.2 version and assure to be analyzing the problem to solve it as soon as possible.
