Audio mastering for video editors

LANDR Audio Inc. announced during Adobe MAX, the launch of a new cloud-based service that provides professional video editors and video creators with AI-based audio mastering for use in Adobe Premiere Pro CC, part of Adobe Creative Cloud. The new service has been called LANDR Audio Mastering for Video. The company says it makes it easier for editors to get great sound with finished sound without the time, cost or technical expertise typically associated with professional audio mastering.

The new tool analyzes the audio content of a timeline and intelligently applies a set of settings that make everything sound good together: Dialog pops, cutting cleanly against music or background elements.

Video editors understand that high-quality finished audio is as critical as great-looking video, but perfecting the final audio can be time-consuming, technically difficult and costly. LANDR promises to offer a simple service to make it as easy as

1) select the region of the timeline to be mastered

2) preview your master with or without adaptive noise reduction,

3) place the final rendered result back into your timeline.

LANDR Audio Mastering for Video integrates directly into Adobe Premiere Pro CC and provides editors with an easy-to-use workflow for previewing mastering results before rendering the entire final timeline. Claimed to be ideal for a wide range of video projects including corporate commercials, public service announcements, product reviews, beauty and cooking shows, web series, and more, LANDR Audio Mastering for Video is available for free through Adobe Exchange.
