Autodesk releases Flame 2018.3

Autodesk has released a new update, the third, of its software specialized in 3D Visual Effects and integrated within the Flame 2018 Suite, which includes. Flame, Flare, Flame Assist y Lustre.

In the company’s words, “Flame 2018.3 enables creative professionals to explore new ways of working more efficiently, with feature enhancements that offer greater flexibility, speed and support for new formats and emerging technology.”

Among the new features to be highlighted in this update of the suite are:

• Selective action: Applies color to the image surface or to the entire action through the camera.
• Motion Warp Trackin: Distort objects that are changing shape, angle and form thanks to the new 32 bit vector based tracking technology.
• 360º VR viewing mode.
• HDR waveform monitor: which allows you to configure the display window to observe luminance, RGB parade, vectorscope, etc.
• Improvements requested by users concerning, among others, the Timeline.

The Flame Suite is available through the official autodesk website for a price of 471.90€ per month, 3,793.35€ per year, or 11,380.05€ for a three-year license.
