The company Blackmagic Design has announced a new update, 4.7 for its Micro Studio 4K camera as well as for its Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera.
This update includes new formats, improved sensor sensitivity, new gain settings ranging from -6 to +18 dB, as well as the ability to transmit RAW images via the SDI output, and new options for remote camera control.
In the case of the Micro Studio Camara 4K, it now supports 720p59.94, 720p59.94 and 720p60 formats. This allows users to work at 720p and send the video directly to broadcast.
In addition, the higher frame rate makes it possible to capture in slow motion for recordings that require it, such as, for example, sporting events.
In addition, this 4.7 update has also improved the image processing of the Blackmagic Micro Studio Camara 4k, allowing the sensor to work better with exposure, achieving up to two more stops of camera sensitivity.
Users can now download this update via Blackmagic Design’s official website, both for macand for Windows.
