Codex supports DNxHD 444

Codex Digital, a developer of recorders and media management, has released full support for Avid DNxHD 444 in all of its products, including Codex Digital Lab, Codex Transfer Station for Mac OS X and Codex Vault series. Codex Virtual File System allows users to encode to DNxHD 444, as well as other DNxHD types to generate .MXF delivery files.

Codex products enable the best possible quality capture and provide an easy workflow for subsequent ingest into editing systems. The fact that they have released support for DNxHD 444 increases the quality that will be reflected in the final product and makes it easier to import into Avid.
