Color Suite 11.1.3 Update

Red Giant has updated its Color Suite collection with version 11.1.3, which mainly brings some fixes for Magic Bullet Looks and Denoiser.

Magic Bullet Looks 2.5.2

The only new features we will see, along with maintenance improvements, will be support for 5K resolution files and compatibility with Final Cut Pro X 10.1.2.

Apart from this, problems have been solved in the editing system when working with a large amount of material and when on-screen controls were permanently removed.

On the other hand, Sony Vegas users will be happy to know that their 1440 x 1080 files will no longer give errors.

As for Bullet Looks’ own functions, the tool for saving presets with custom LUTs now works correctly. In addition, bugs with offline computers and file paths without ASCII character code have been fixed.

The company has also reached out to Windows users to say that they are aware of a bug in Premiere Pro with Bullet Looks, which causes a crash when opening saved projects and attempting to resume editing. Although they are still investigating a definitive solution with the Adobe team, they have reduced this problem with the use of Accelerated Plug-Ins.

Denoiser II 1.4.3

The change you will find in Denoiser II is its location within Adobe’s After Effects and Premiere Pro software. While previously we could find it inside the “Red Giant Color Suite” folder, it will now be in “Red Giant Denoiser II > Denoiser II”, in the effects panel.
