Blackmagic Design has officially released version 12.5 of its DaVinci Resolve color correction system, leaving the beta phase behind for good.
A few months ago we told you about the features of this update (you can read them in full in this post). Even so, we remind you the most important new features:
- Possibility to configure specific nodes as HDR (for Resolve Studio).
- ResolveFX, a set of GPU- and CPU-accelerated effects.
- New multi-GPU algorithm for noise reduction.
- Fusion Connect function, to send VFX clips to Fusion and update them automatically in the timeline.
- Redesign of the node editor.
- New single point tracker.
- New editing and trim modes.
- New Power Bins, to share content through various projects.
- Cinema Viewer for single-screen full-screen viewing.
- Keyword dictionary.
- Redesign of the Deliver page to facilitate file output.
- Audio independent export.
- Export of clips with alpha channel.
