DaVinci Resolve 14

Blackmagic Design has released the new version of its specialized color and color grading software, DaVinci Resolve 14.1, with new improvements in both performance and stability.

Among the new features introduced by this update, it now gives the possibility to drag a .DRP file directly into the project organizer and to create proxy files in collaborative environments.

On the other hand, it facilitates the use of graphical representations of the signal in the Edit module and includes default settings in Preferences as well as improved rendering of the text tool.

In the Fairlight module, it allows processing clips linked to audio tracks and offers improved AC-3 audio encoding. It also offers the possibility of grouping files in collaborative projects in the color section, as well as enhanced viewing functionality.

In addition, it now supports RED IPP2 processing and the GoPro CineForm codec.
