DaVinci Resolve 15 Beta version now available

NAB 2018 is taking place these days in Las Vegas.

• Support for Cintel HDR capture
• Support for importing clips into the Media Pool with metadata via Final Cut Pro 7 XML
• Support to display clip names instead of file names as default
• Support for replacing a media file and all its instances in the Media Pool
• Support for navigating to synchronized audio files from a video clip in the Media Pool

EDIT Room

• Support for adding, managing and delivering Subtitles and Captions
• Support for embedding a subtitle track when encoding QuickTime files
• Support for embedding closed captioning when encoding MXF OP1A files
• Support for embedding closed captions when encoding QuickTime files
• Support for 2D and 3D title templates

COLOR Room

• Support for the new SuperScale option for high-quality resolution enhancement
• Support for multiple timeline headers with advanced DaVinci Resolve panel control
• Support for a new LUT browser on the Color page
• Supports live preview of LUTs and gallery still images
• Support for browsing grades from other timelines in the gallery

NEWS

Among the most important new features of the program is the integration of Fusion within DaVinci Resolve itself, thus merging the two. In addition, the program not only supports Apple’s Metal technology but also supports the use of multiple GPUs as well as the CUDA platform, offering unprecedented processing speed.
