Digital Vision partners with Marquise and SGO

Digital Vision has announced its two new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partnerships, with Marquise Technologies and SGO.
Marquise Technologies
Now MIST, Marquise’s mastering system, will integrate DVO (from Digital Vision) toolsets for image restoration and enhancement. The first tools to go live will be DVO Camera and DVO Enhance, which will also be on display during NAB at the Marquise Technologies booth.
In this way, companies want to increase productivity by facilitating complex mastering processes, such as when mixing 35mm and RAW scan formats involves specific noise, grain or stabilization treatments.
SGO
In the case of SGO, its Mistika post-production system will offer users the ability to manage color correction tools with the Precision Panel controller (from Digital Vision).
Mistika will continue to support the Tangent Element, but with this agreement they have wanted to respond to the requests for a larger controller without having to decentralize the development of the software by having to consider their own manufacturing.
The Precision Panel option will be available to order from Q3 2014 and you can see it at the SGO booth at NAB.
