Dragoa subsidiary of the Secuoya Secuoyahas just incorporated Dolby Atmos Home certification in its Studio 1 sound post-production facility located in Tres Cantos (Madrid). This certification is in addition to Dolby Vision, with which these facilities already have.
In order to carry out the installation and set-up, Drago has counted on the participation of the following companies BGL Audiovisual, Dolby Labs y SESAudioThe latter is in charge of the acoustic insulation and conditioning, planimetry, engineering, installation and maintenance of these audio systems and audiovisual workflow.
Studio 1, equipped with Avid Pro Tools Avid Pro Toolssystem, has a 24-channel Avid S6 control surface, a 7.2.4 monitoring system from Genelecwith 8341A loudspeaker enclosures and 7380 subwoofer.
Studio 2, with identical equipment, is fully compatible, allowing maximum flexibility in optimizing workflows. It also maintains compatibility with Studio 3 for work in stereo and 5.1 formats.
In order to guarantee sound quality throughout the entire post-production chain and exceed the demands of the rigorous quality controls of cinema and OTT platforms, the main color grading and mastering room has also been equipped with a Genelec 7.2.4 monitoring system, capable of reproducing content in all formats, including Dolby Atmos Home.
