FilmConvert has renewed its plugins for film emulation and has new camera profiles.

Undoubtedly, the beta release for Avid Media Composer is worth mentioning. It can now be downloaded for both Mac and Windows and joins a long list of post-production systems with which we can use these plugins.

For Final Cut Pro an update with hardware acceleration, color wheels and level control is available. For Photoshop, the option to select the source camera has been added.

In addition, new camera profiles have been released for the Panasonic GH4 (which you can download from here), Canon 1DC or Sony F55, and the possible exposures on the BMCC 2.5K have been increased.

The company has also announced that next month we will be able to count on the profile for BMCC 4K.

At the moment the Avid version is in beta phase and it is not possible to buy it, but you can download it for free through this link. The rest of the plugins can be purchased for $199, except Photoshop, which with this update has lowered its price to $99.
