The Japanese company JVC, has taken advantage of the commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of the release of its first D-ILA chip, to announce its new Reference Series projectors, DLA-RS640, DLA-RS540 and DLA-RS440; as well as the launch of a special edition model DLA-20TD. All of them equipped with this technology.
Among its outstanding features, they incorporate e-shift image technology designed for the projection of 4K images with the greatest possible detail.
It also offers HDR signal compatibility. And is that JVC projectors have always been characterized by their high level of brightness, however, the new system of intelligent opening of the optics has made possible the reproduction of HDR content through these.
Brightness and contrast levels of these projectors:
- DLA-RS640: 2,000 lumens, contrast 160,000:1
- DLA-RS540: 1,900 lumens, contrast 130,000:1
- DLA-RS440: 1,800 lumens, contrast 40,000:1
On the other hand, JVC has improved the MPC system, already included in previous models. And it has incorporated the low latency mode to reduce delays and to enable it to reproduce high bandwidth signals.
They also have two HDMI inputs.
