JVC LS300 now with 120fps recording

JVC has announced an update that enables slow motion recording for its 4K Super 35 GY-LS300 4K camera.

It seems that lately the companies are keeping a lot of details in the dark, as so far we only know that the new mode makes it possible to capture HD images at speeds of up to 120fps.

They also mentioned that the new technology boosts the performance of Prime Zoom, with which you can zoom in and out through a fixed lens without losing resolution or depth of field.

Other new features include J-Log gamma adjustment, which expands the dynamic range by 800 percent, and integrated streaming technology with Wi-Fi and 4K connections for live streaming.

The 120fps will be available in April through a completely free firmware update.
