Kinotehnik’s Practilite 802 Launch at NAB 2018

Kinotehnik, a Northern European manufacturer of cinematography and lighting fixtures, will introduce Practilite 802, its first two-color LED lighting instrument with power panel. Ideal for documentaries, reality TV production and event videography, Practilite 802 employs advanced secondary optics for unprecedented light output and energy efficiency in a portable unit. It also features a quiet cooling system and an IP54 dust and waterproof rating, allowing it to be used in a variety of more challenging production situations.

Approximately 50% more powerful than the most popular 1×1 LED panels, Practilite 802 delivers 1860 fc in a 30-degree beam (370 fc in 90-degree beam, fully diffused) while consuming a maximum of 90W. It connects with smart devices for quick setup and easy adjustment, even when it’s hard to reach. Integrated 30-degree lens arrays are complemented by two rigid diffusers, providing efficient diffusion for 60- and 90-degree beam angles.
