lo 4K Plus and Thunderbolt | What’s New from AJA

AJA Video Systems has announced Io 4K Plus, a device designed for post production professionals, capture and output Thunderbolt 3. Offering HDMI 2.0 I / O, 12G-SDI and advanced audio connectivity. With high bandwidth, Io 4K Plus is capable of working with HDR, 4K/UltraHD and large HD workflows, as well as high frame rates and high color depth. On the other hand, it also features AJA’s proven conversion technology for real-time, high-quality 4K and UltraHD-to-HD scaling for monitoring and output. In addition, it is compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro X and Avid Media Composer, among other standard creative tools.

At the moment, only the established price of the product for U.S. residents is available and it is $2495.

New Software v14 free of charge

At the same time, v14 desktop software for the KONA and Io product family has been introduced, which includes improved audio integration between timeline audio, application audio and microphone inputs. For example, it is now possible to record voiceovers on a project timeline, as well as playback audio files from multiple sources on project timelines.
