New DaVinci Resolve 9.1.5

Today Blackmagic Design announced some new features for its wide range of products, as well as a price reduction for some of them and updates for the cameras.

The DaVinci Resolve color correction system has also undergone some changes. Thanks to its 9.1.5 update, better compatibility (back and forth) with Avid Media Composer 7.0 editing software will be achieved.

Work with certain formats such as Cinema DNG has been improved, handling of multi-track QuickTime audio files has been improved and support for reel names in XML from Final Cut Pro X has been added.

In addition, this DaVinci update includes support for Avid EuControl Software Package version 3.0 (for Artist Series controllers).

DaVinci Resolve 9.1.5 is now available for download from the Blackmagic Design website. We are also waiting for version 10 to be released (which you can read more about here) and we are announcing that if it is available in October, it will be taught during the DaVinci Resolve course.
