New free online Fusion tutorial: the masks

A few weeks ago we brought you the online course of the work of ACES work in DaVinci Resolve’s for DaVinci Resolve. And as now we probably have more time at home, we want to share with you a new Fusion online course, but this time dedicated to the creation of masks.

This course is available free of charge on our Youtube channelwhere you can find different types of tutorials of different disciplines, such as editing, color correction or postproduction, among many others. In this course the teacher Jordi Molina gives us a series of tips and tricks when working with masks in DaVinci from Fusion. He explains how to create a fully customizable mask and how to track them in the most efficient and convenient way depending on each shot. The tracking of the masks can often be used to make tracking compositions with some text or other image.

Often in color correction we are confronted with masks from the color page. These masks are usually simpler and easier to track, but it is worth learning how to create them from Fusion, where the mask drawing and tracking options are much greater and wider than those we have in color.
