The new projector Optoma Cinema X P1 projector comes to the market to revolutionize the way people watch movies at home. With the battle for new televisions and the war of the nits, Optoma presents its new projector for users who want to enjoy movies from the couch at home.
To enjoy this “screen”, the projector must be placed 37 centimeters from the wall and the result is a 120-inch screen with 8.3 million 4K Ultra High Definition pixels capable of reproducing images in HDR and HLG curve. This laser projector ensures accurate color reproduction by supporting the Rec 709 and international HDTV color gamut standards. For more accuracy, it displays 89% of the DCI P3 space and DolbyDigital 2.0 audio. It has a brightness of 3,500 lumens for brighter images and deeper blacks, although to ensure contrast and brightness, Optoma X P1 features a screen that helps reduce glare from ambient light.
Sound is provided by NuForce with the incorporation of a soundbar in the projector body capable of reproducing Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus sound for more immersive experiences. The soundbar is composed of individual woofers with balanced mid-range for crisp sounds and realistic vocals.
It comes with a 4K HDR media player to project movies, TV and even use it as a digital display to play all kinds of digital content. Optoma’s Smart + function is included in the projector to facilitate and enhance the user experience. The options of this function are connectivity with smart homes that already use the google assistant, amazon alexa and allow to execute actions to the projector through voice commands.
The Optoma X P1 laser projector can now be ordered in Europe and is priced at €2,960.
