New Plural Eyes 3 update

Red Giant has updated its Plural Eyes automatic synchronization software, releasing version 3.1.1.

The intention of this update was not so much to include major changes, but to fix some problems that arose in version 3. The company has been working on it in order to arrive in time for the Christmas holidays and these are the corrections that have been added:

– Fixed an issue with the “Allow Sync to Change Clip Order” option, which caused incorrect playback after synchronizing.

– It is now possible to reconnect the media that has been lost when opening a project.

– Some bugs have been fixed when working with AAF. On the one hand, the error “Audio Extraction Failed” is no longer displayed when synchronizing with AAF; and on the other hand, when importing an AAF, if it includes properties that are not compatible with Plurar Eyes, an informative note is displayed.

– Finally, import and export failures have been fixed when working with some types of expanded media.
