The renowned LiveGrade Pro system, manufactured by Pomfort for the creation of LUTs on set, now integrates monitor calibration through CalMAN.
CalMAN is a software developed by SpectraCal that creates 3D LUTs to correct a monitor’s image and compensate for deviations, bringing them into specific color spaces such as Rec. 709 or P3. Now, these CalMAN-generated LUTs are fully compatible with LiveGrade Pro.
This advance represents a significant increase in the capabilities of LiveGrade Pro, which from now on makes it possible to control the image of both cameras and monitors from a single system, knowing that what we are seeing is a reliable and calibrated image.
