Although I am not particularly fond of presets and pre-made effects, I have to admit that in certain occasions, for speed or experience reasons, they can be practical. Genarts has released a plugin for FCP (they have announced a version for FCX soon), Sony Vegas and Apple Motion with these features. The philosophy is similar to Magic Bullet Looks (looks editor based on color correction) but the interface is completely different. In the case of Sapphire Edge it is integrated inside the editor making the manipulation of the effects easier for some users.
In addition to the presets already included in the program, an online gallery can be accessed via FX Central.
