SealVerify, a free software for copy verification

Pomfort, the developer of Silverstack media management software, has released a new free tool called SealVerify.

This is a very simple application to verify that copies made from shooting to post-production maintain consistency. This verification process has been specially designed for workflows where the copy is initiated in Silverstack, and is based on the MHL checksum standard.

Regardless of the copy generation number, or whether or not there is access to the source material, SealVerify is able to check the integrity of the files and folders sealed with Silverstack. In this way, one software complements the other to ensure that all media reaches the end of the process correctly.

There is also the option to generate reports of such verifications.

SealVerify is available for Mac OS X (19.9.5 or higher) and Windows (7 or higher) operating systems. You can download it for free through this link.
