SGO previews new features in Mistika VR update

SGO, the developer of post-production software Mistika VRSGO, the developer of Mistika VR post production software, has not yet given us a date as to when the new version of the software will be available, but has already announced that it will be much faster than the previous version, especially when encoding 4K material in real time.

Although now only available to SGO subscribers, the beta version of this release, Mistika 8.4.4 already makes, in the company’s words, data flow up to 50% faster than previous versions of the program.

The new software supports lossless quality for both H.265 and H.264. DNG support has also been improved, including new capabilities for Blackmagic’s DNG compression format.

New presets have been added for GoPro Fusion, Vuze, IndieCam, Yi 360 VR, iZugar Z2XL180 and iZugar Z4XL (3840×2160).

This new version can be downloaded from the official SGO website for a price of 499€ for the personal version, and 699€ for the professional version with Stereo 3D support.
