Shotgun has released the latest version of its Shotgun 7.6 product. The software specializes in tracking and managing cloud-based production. The new update introduces a group of specialized reporting and analysis tools that facilitate the ability to visualize key production metrics. It offers everything from a more general overview to the ability to drill down into the details to keep a close eye on project progress and quickly make critical business decisions such as how much time and resources are being used. Shotgun software is especially useful for controlling projects with tight deadlines or tight budgets to keep track of them efficiently.
This version of Shotgun Production Insights software includes:
- Analysis: applying data to optimize the way resources are used or to plan deadlines.
- Data visualization: with a variety of graphs to choose from.
- Data grouping: where data is grouped as stacked bar charts.
- Presets: to generate reports automatically or with flexible customization options.
It is priced between $30 and $50 per account per month, although you can request a trial version.
