As a result of the increased demand for HDR monitoring signals both on set and live, they have improved their Bolt 4K products to enhance the user experience in this area. It also debuts a smaller and lighter design than its predecessors while improving range and compatibility by increasing the number of simultaneous receivers up to 6. It has a new BB3 chipset that provides greater image clarity with a 50% increase in signal range.
The new Bolt 4K LT kit features HDMI and 3G-SDI input and output connectors, making it a more compatible solution with other Teraked Bolt receivers and other brands. This new wireless transmission system features zero delay in signal transmission.
The new design is adapted to be used in smaller productions and make 4K HDR more affordable to everyone without losing quality along the way. Specifically, the Bolt 4L RX is designed so that SmallHD monitors can also have their wireless handheld unit.
The new Bolt 4K will be available on the market in September and in the case of the Bolt 4K LT, it will go on sale with 2 versions for different ranges. The Bolt 4K LT 750 will cost 2100€, while the Bolt 4K LT 1500 will cost 4200€. The removable RX module will cost € 1250.
