The DJI gimbal you can take with you everywhere you go

DJI introduces its new 3-axis gimbal, the Ronin-SC. Ronin-SC, with a perfect format to take it everywhere. With the latest wave of DSLR camera releases, DJI announces its latest stabilizer intended primarily for compact DSLR mirrorless cameras.

Since the first stabilizers came out there has been a lot of competition between brands and DJI launches this new model to stand out from the market. The new gimbal weighs only 1.1 kilos and can support up to 2 kilos. It is made of aluminum, steel, magnesium and composite plastic to achieve such a light weight and to be able to operate it with one hand.

The Ronin-SC is compatible with a wide variety of cameras and lenses on the market, in fact it has shutter and focus access for the vast majority of them.

The design of the gimbal body is designed for any type of recording, be it sports, more fluid tracking, etc… As already introduced by DJI in its day, the camera always remains on the axis of rotation thanks to the structure and design of the arm, giving the possibility to make 360º turns.

It includes automated gimbal operations such as creating panoramas, timelapses, motion timelapses and recording and replaying your own movements generated with the Ronin-SC. With the Active Track 3.0 application you can track objects or faces by simply selecting the target to follow. The cell phone is placed on the hot shoe to control the shot and adjust the framing with the joystick if necessary.

One of the most useful accessories of the stabilizer is the quick release plate. Thanks to this plate, we can dismount and remount the camera on the gimbal as many times as we want without having to re-stabilize the device.

The Ronin-SC is already on sale and comes with two options, the basic for 359€ and the Pro for 459€. The latter includes accessories such as the motor and focus wheel among others.
