The brand Dell presents its new Sharp 27 PremierColor UP2720Q 27-inch 4K Ultra Sharp 27 PremierColor monitor with thunderbolt 3 connection and built-in calibrator.

During the Adobe Max 2019 we have been able to see the new technologies and developments that brands have prepared for both video and photography creatives. In this case the Dell brand surprised with the new monitor focused precisely for this sector of professionals who require accurate color representation on their workstations.

The new Dell UltraSharp 27 4K PremierColor monitor (UP2720Q) comes with a built-in calibrator capable of scheduling automatic calibrations to save users time. The monitor is also compatible with CalMan branded calibration software, although this would need to be purchased separately.

Another of the great advantages of this monitor is the possibility of connection between multiple screens by having thunderbolt 3. Thanks to this connection system we can add sources to the monitor, connect online with 2 other 4K monitors and even feed external sources up to 90W. It has 2 HDMI ports, a Display Port 1.4 and 3 USB 3.2 ports.

As its name suggests, it is capable of reproducing images with an Ultra High Definition 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160. Among the color spaces supported by the monitor, it covers 100% of the Adobe RGB color space, 98% of DCI-P3 and 80% of BT2020. Capable of achieving 250 nits peak brightness and 1,300:1 contrast with a pixel density of 163 ppi.

It has not yet been released, but it will be in mid-January 2020 when we will see the first copies. The price of these monitors will be around 1,800 euros.
