From Natress comes new plugins for the most popular editing and visual effects systems via the well-known FxFactory, from developer Noise Industries.
Bounce Transitions
On the one hand we have these four fun transition effects, which allow editors to take material on and off the screen with bouncing effects.
In some of them this bounce effect is generated in the whole image, although you can also choose to bounce inside circular or rectangular shapes (with the option of rounded edges). The package contains these four transitions:
- Bounce
- Crash Down
- Spring In
- Upstage Bounce In
Of course, it includes controls to make them more customized, such as Outline, Crop Animation, Motion Trails and Squash and Stretch effects. In addition, these effects also work on titles and graphics, allowing you to create animated text very easily.
Bounce Transitions is available for $29 through this link, from where you can also download the free trial (which comes with a watermark but has no time limitation).

Shatter Transitions
On the other hand, Shatter Transitions creates dynamic transitions based on the breaking of pieces, so that the outgoing video is separated into “little pieces” with different shapes, or these pieces are joined together in the incoming video.
Several styles have been included to choose from cracks, stars, snowflakes, puzzle pieces, bricks, flames, etc. The two possible effects are:
- Shake N Shatter: combines the shattering effect with vibration.
- Shatter Basic: the pieces are simply broken, so it is also faster to process.
This plug-in comes with 20 effect presets already created. However, the Preset Loader function is not compatible with Final Cut Pro X, but you can check in this manual the settings made to create the presets.

Both Bounce and Shatter Transitions are available for OS X Lion (10.7) or OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) and the following system versions:
– Final Cut Pro: 7 and 10.
– Motion: 4 and 5.
– After Effects: CS5, CS5.5 and CS6.
– Premiere Pro: CS6.
