V-Station®HD Studio8 DVR
A new model has been added to its V-Station HD Studio8 Multi-Channel DVR Systems range by the house of FutureVideo. The new model has 8 mini-HDMI source inputs. The new V-Station HD Studio8 (HDMI) model can simultaneously record 8 channels of Full HD 1080p @ 60fps (Blu-ray quality) video in H.264 format with seamless channel synchronization. It performs live switching, with on-the-fly real-time editing that generates the EDL, while simultaneously recording the output program as a ninth video track and streaming it live.
By using the V-Station HD Studio8 multi-channel DVR system, third party switchers and streaming devices are unnecessary. In addition, Studio8 has a built-in FTP uploader and the ability to send the line cut to YouTube live or immediately after shooting.
Designed for advanced multi-camera camera production and observation/analysis applications, the new V-Station HD Studio8 allows content creators to record and view all 8 HDMI cameras in a multi-camera, multi-angle or multi-station application on one device. If an Internet connection is available, the switched output program can be streamed to YouTube Live, Facebook Live or multi-stream all channels over a private LAN. Up to 320 hours (8 x 40 hours/channel) of full redundant video storage is provided with its 1TB RAID1 removable hard drives.
The V-Station HD Studio8 models are unlike any other DVR currently available. Its integrated project management system organizes media and metadata in an SQL database, making it easy to organize and search video clips for backup or transfer video projects to NLE systems. Using the XML project generator and transfer, Studio8 automatically creates the locations and sequences for the NLE system.
