Like the rest of the companies invited to this year’s NAB, Adobe has brought with it a series of improvements to its different tools. Among them are
- Improved color and light editing in Premiere Pro CC. Adjust the color of two scenes by applying editable Lumetri adjustments from one clip to another, achieving visual consistency between scenes and across the entire project. Compare shots using the new split view functionality.
- Create animations and graphics faster in After Effects CC. More visual and intuitive. Behaviors and effects can be grouped and combined with timeline-based animations. The new Master Properties allow you to apply changes to individual effects in multiple versions of the same composition with a single setting.
- Even better sound with audio workflows. Automatic adjustment of soundtrack audio with dialog, whether for a single clip or an entire project, with the new auto-detect feature.
- Character Animator. To animate characters, with your own library of custom behaviors and triggers. You can drag layers from the Puppet panel to the Triggers panel to apply and refine existing behaviors or create new ones.
- The enhanced Immersive Environment in After Effects CC, simplifying the immersive workflow to move more efficiently through cleanup and effects tasks.
- Team Projects, for collaborative projects, real-time presence shows when colleagues are online and new badges indicate when a project has been updated.
- Learning Panel for new users, where Premiere Pro beginners now have a place to start with targeted tutorials that guide them through the fundamental steps of video editing. The new Learning Panel is just a click away whenever you need it.
