Blackmagic announces new DeckLink 8K Pro, 6G-SDI Mini Converters and HDMI-SDI Converters

These new Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 6G and Mini Converter HDMI to SDI 6G models allow SDI and HDMI signals to be processed in any format with up to 2160p30 resolution. any format with a maximum resolution of 2160p30.

The SDI to HDMI 6G version offers improved performance, instant HDMI image tuning, support for 33-point 3D conversion tables, and upscaling to UHD.

The device takes just one frame to tune to HDMI signals, thus providing the opportunity to switch between different sources in the same format.

It also has features such as independent connections for balanced analog audio and AES/EBU, SDI inputs, and automatic switching between formats in different definitions.

The Mini Converter HDMI to SDI 6G is already available for sale for a price of $145, while the Mini Converter SDI to HDMI 6G is also available for a slightly higher price of $185.

Finally, the company has announced lower prices for the Micro Converter models.
