Our courses are designed by audiovisual industry professionals and offer practical, clear, and up-to-date training, designed so that you can learn at your own pace and keep the content forever.

Our courses do not work by subscription.
Each course you buy is yours: you receive the downloadable videos and associated materials to watch on your own devices, whenever and wherever you want, as many times as you want, and forever.

You have a time limit to download the videos and materials, see below for details.

Our online courses are 100% on demand: You download the videos and can start them whenever you want and advance at your own pace.

Online courses are independent units focused on a specific topic or tool (for example, color, DIT, or technical coordination).

Our courses have several levels, from beginner to advanced or professional. You will find the level of each course on its page. The Complete Training courses are a good way to level up in an organized manner.

The courses are originally produced in Spanish. In addition, some of them have audio tracks and subtitles in English. Little by little we will translate all the courses thanks to the new AI technologies

At 709, we focus on the quality of the content rather than the specific version of the program being used. How professionals use the programs is more important than the programs themselves. Therefore, the various 709 courses may use different versions of programs like DaVinci Resolve. The courses are updated to newer versions as the instructors see fit, so a course may be made with a specific version of the program and also contain videos updating it to the following versions, depending on the instructor’s criteria. Purchasing a course in a specific version does not include future updates.

💳 Purchase process and access

Yes. All courses include open sample videos, so you can evaluate the content before buying. You can find them on each course page and in our “Tutorials” section.

  1. Go to the course or training file that interests you.

  2. Press the “Add to cart” button.

  3. Complete the order and choose your payment method (card, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna, or the methods available in each country).

  4. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the download links.

You can also access them from your account:
My Account > Downloads.

You can pay with credit or debit card, Google Pay, Paypal account and depending on the country of purchase, Klarna or Paypal for deferred payment or WeChat Pay.

In general, yes, but it depends. Klarna and Paypal are payment methods that will allow you several forms of deferred payment, but they are not available in all countries. For example: from Spain you can use Klarna or Paypal to pay in installments.

But we will do everything possible to find an alternative that suits your situation so you can enjoy the courses (bank transfer if you buy from Spain, PayPal direct debit, etc.)

There you will see all the courses you have purchased.

We will also send you an email with the links when you purchase the course.

To download each video, right-click on the link or the video in the browser and select “Save as”.

Simply clicking on the link should download the materials, but be careful: Google Chrome blocks .zip files by default, which is the format in which many of our materials are delivered.

You have 1 month from purchase to download all files.
If after that time the course has not changed, we are flexible and can reactivate your links up to a year later.

Yes. Each file allows up to 5 downloads to prevent unauthorized sharing.
We recommend keeping a backup copy once you’ve downloaded the videos.

No. Although the browser can play the videos, the 709 Media Room model is based on downloading the files so that you can keep them and watch them offline.

No, you have to go one by one. The reason is that if we created .zip files with the complete courses, they would be very large and could cause download issues in areas without high-speed internet. We had it this way in the past, and it caused problems for many students.

You can use any video player, but we recommend VLC, which is free and works on all platforms (Windows, Mac, and Linux).

Many of our courses are in both languages, with separate audio tracks. VLC is a free video player that allows you to select the audio track you want to listen to (usually track 1 is the audio in Spanish).

No. Each enrollment is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account, links, or videos would be considered piracy 🙁

💸 Prices, Taxes and Billing

No. The prices shown on the website do not include taxes, as these depend on the territory of purchase:

  • Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands): 21% VAT

  • Canary Islands: 7% IGIC

  • European Union: tax corresponding to each country

  • Outside Europe: no added taxes

The final amount is calculated automatically during the purchase process.

Yes. All orders automatically generate an invoice that you can download from your account or receive by email.
Make sure to enter the correct tax information when placing your order.

You can also find the invoice in your website account.

No. According to European Law, once the purchase is confirmed, download links are activated immediately, so no refunds are issued.

Some courses include professional video clips or supporting materials.
Please note that if these files are compressed in .zip format, Google Chrome may block their download, so we do not recommend using that browser.

All courses are made with programs that have free, minimal cost, or evaluation versions. So you will not have to purchase the full versions of the programs to be able to do the courses

No. Courses do not include direct support or personalized tutoring on their content.

No. The purchase of a course or Complete Training does not include content updates that we may make to them. But depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a discount when purchasing the new version. Check with us at info@709mediaroom.com.

In that case, write to us at info@709mediaroom with your order number and the problem you have and we will solve it. This support will be active for the same download period of the courses (one month). After this time, if the course has not changed, we are flexible and will give you support for up to a year.

Live Masterclasses

In this type of training we combine the advantage of international online connection with the possibility of live interaction with instructors and Q&A sessions. Here you’ll find all the answers about this type of session.

🧭 Live masterclass Q

The Live Masterclasses are sessions via videoconferencing tools like Zoom. You can interact with the instructors and ask questions. Additionally, once the masterclass is finished, you’ll have access to the video recording of the session. The same access conditions as with Online Courses will apply (one month download period, etc.)

We’ll try to schedule sessions on weekends to make it easier for you to attend, beyond your daily work. Similarly, we’ll try to make the schedule as compatible as possible with Spain and Latin America. In any case, when you register, if you can’t attend the live session you’ll have access to the recorded videos once the masterclass is finished

Initially our live masterclasses will be in Spanish. However, we’re exploring AI tools to provide simultaneous translation and/or subtitles in other languages.

Initially registration and payment will be handled through the videoconferencing company’s website that we use (Zoom, etc.) In any case, you can contact us with any questions at info@709mediaroom.com

It will depend on each videoconferencing platform (Zoom, etc.) through which registration and payment are organized, but you’ll definitely be able to pay with a bank card using the PayPal and/or Stripe gateways. Unless the instructor doesn’t allow it or the material used is copyrighted, we’ll also provide the materials used in the course for download.

You have 1 month from the masterclass date to download all files.
After this time we’ll delete the files and you won’t have further access. Please download the videos and make a backup copy of them.

Live training, both in-person and online, is VAT-exempt in Spain. Therefore, the price shown on the website and registration is the final price, regardless of the student’s country.

Invoices for live masterclasses may not be generated automatically, but of course if you need one, write to us at info@709mediaroom.com with your tax information and we’ll send it to you. We’ll normally generate them once the masterclass is finished, but if you need it urgently you can request it earlier, once payment is made.

Yes. You can request your digital certificate of completion by writing to info@709mediaroom.com.

Provide us in the email with your full name, ID (DNI or similar), and the live masterclass you attended.

No. Many aspects of the masterclass organization depend on the number of enrolled students, so refunds are not allowed. In any case, even if you don’t attend the live masterclass, you’ll have the recorded videos and materials available for download afterward.

You can take a live masterclass as many times as you want, but enrollment in one does not grant access to future ones, they are independent.
