Canon unveiled a number of products at NAB, including cameras, lenses and a new monitor.
30-inch display with 4K resolution. Canon has exposed a prototype of this monitor that they are still developing with the intention of covering the need that arose after the development of digital cameras, and thus to be able to see the images with all the resolution that these manage to capture.

Although we already announced it, another of its presentations has been its upcoming EOS C500 camera (also the EOS C500 PL model), with 4K recording, RAW and compatible with the EF and PL line of lenses.

They also showed four new lenses optimized to work with cameras that capture 4K or Super 35mm equivalents.
They will join the EF Cinema Lenses series and are:
– CN-E15.5-47mm T2.8 L S (for EF mount): wide-angle.
– CN-e15.5-47mm T2.8 L SP (for PL mounts): wide-angle.
– CN-E30-105mm T2.8 L S (for EF mount): telephoto lens.
– CN-E30-105mm T2.8 L SP (for PL mount): telephoto lens.

It is not yet known the exact price of any of the three products, nor their release date, although it has been announced that it will be during 2012.
