Do you want to get started in the interesting world of color correction?

As you may already know, at 709 Media Room we have several courses dedicated to it, but today I wanted to share this basic color correction tutorial on the Final Cut Pro X editing system.

It is primarily aimed at those who are new to the use of these tools, although it will also be useful for users who are already familiar with color but want to learn how to use them in FCP X.

With this video you will learn how to use the functions to modify the exposure and see how an image varies depending on whether we touch high, medium or low lights, as well as the reaction obtained in a waveform.

It also teaches how the vectorscope works and a good trick to measure skin color and bring it towards the desired shade.

In addition, you will see how to add one color correction on top of another, for example in order to exaggerate an oversaturation effect.

And if you want to learn much more about Final Cut Pro X, don’t forget that on February 1st we have the next course. All the information in this link.
